Common use of Trustee Liens Clause in Contracts

Trustee Liens. The Trustee in its individual capacity agrees, in addition to the agreements contained in Section 7.17 of the Basic Agreement, that it will at its own cost and expense promptly take any action as may be necessary to duly discharge and satisfy in full any Trustee's Liens on or with respect to the Trust Property which is attributable to the Trustee in its individual capacity and which is unrelated to the transactions contemplated by the Intercreditor Agreement or the NPA. ARTICLE VI ADDITIONAL AMENDMENT; SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS Section 6.01. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5.02 OF THE BASIC AGREEMENT. Section 5.02 of the Basic Agreement shall be amended, with respect to the Applicable Trust, by (i) replacing the phrase "of the Note Documents and of this Agreement" set forth in paragraph (b) thereof with the phrase "of the Note Documents, of the NPA and of this Agreement" and (ii) replacing the phrase "of this Agreement and any Note Document" set forth in the last paragraph of Section 5.02 with the phrase "of this Agreement, the NPA and any Note Document".
