Trustee May Deal in Bonds. The bank or trust company acting as Trustee under this Indenture, and its directors, officers, employees or agents, may in good faith buy, sell, own, hold and deal in the Bonds issued under and secured by this Indenture, and may join in the capacity of a Holder of a Bond in any action which any Holder of a Bond may be entitled to take with like effect as if such bank or trust company were not the Trustee under this Indenture.
