Trustee May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Registrar or any other agent of the Company or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and interest coupons and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company, an Affiliate or Subsidiary with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

Trustee May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Registrar or any other agent of the Company or the Trustee, in its in individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and interest coupons and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company, an Affiliate of the Company or Subsidiary of the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

Subject to the foregoing, the Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Registrar or any other agent of the Company or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and interest coupons and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company, an Affiliate of the Company or Subsidiary of the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

Money held by the Trustee in trust hereunder shall not be invested by the Trustee pending distribution thereof to the holders of the Securities.
