Trustee May Perform. If Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Trustee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, subject to FCC approval if required, and the reasonable expenses of the Trustee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor pursuant to Section 13.
