Trustee May Perform. If the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein within a reasonable time after receipt of a written request to do so from the Trustee, upon two Business Days’ prior written notice the Trustee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Trustee, including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of its counsel, incurred in connection therewith, shall be payable by the Grantor in accordance with Section 10.04 of the Credit Agreement and shall constitute Obligations.
