Trustee May Recover Unpaid Indebtedness after Sale of Pledged Property. In the case of a sale of the Pledged Property and of the application of the proceeds of such sale to the payment of the indebtedness secured by this Indenture, the Trustee in its own name, and as trustee of an express trust, shall be entitled and empowered, by any appropriate means, legal, equitable or otherwise, to enforce payment of, and to receive all amounts then remaining due and unpaid upon, all or any of the Securities, for the benefit of the Holders thereof, and upon any other portion of the indebtedness remaining unpaid, with interest at the rates specified in the respective Securities on the overdue principal of, and premium, if any, and (to the extent that payment of such interest is legally enforceable) on the overdue installments of interest.
