Trustee May Rely on Certain Information from Copelco and Servicer. Pursuant to Sections 3.01, 4.05 and 5.01 through 5.03 of the Sales and Servicing Agreement and Section 3.02 hereof, the Servicer is required to furnish to the Trustee from time to time certain information and make various calculations which are relevant to the performance of the Trustee's duties in this Article Three and in Article Four of this Indenture. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely in good faith on such information or calculations in the performance of its duties hereunder (i) unless and until a Responsible Officer of the Trustee has actual knowledge, or is advised by any Noteholder (either in writing or orally with prompt written or telecopied confirmation), that such information or calculations is or are incorrect, or (ii) unless there is a manifest error in any such information.
