(TRUSTEE MUST INDEMNIFY. Subject to clause 15, the Trustee will indemnify and keep indemnified the Liquidity Facility Provider against any loss or liability incurred or suffered by it as a result of the delay or failure by the Trustee to pay such Taxes.
