Common use of Trustee Need Not Have Possession of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Trustee Need Not Have Possession of Bonds. All proofs of claim, rights of action and rights to assert claims under this Indenture or under any of the Bonds may be enforced by the Trustee without the possession of the Bonds or the production thereof at any trial or other proceedings instituted by the Trustee. In any proceedings brought by the Trustee (and also any proceedings involving the interpretation of any provision of this Indenture or the Bonds to which the Trustee shall be a party) the Trustee shall be held to represent all the Holders of the Bonds and it shall not be necessary to make any such Holders parties to such proceedings.
