Trustee Not Bound to Make Enquiries. 2.10 The Trustee, prior to the certification and delivery of any Debentures under any of the provisions of this Section, shall not be bound to make any enquiry or investigation as to the correctness of the matters set out in any of the resolutions, opinions, certificates or other documents required by the provisions of this indenture, but shall be entitled to accept and to act upon the said resolutions, opinions, certificates and other documents. The Trustee may nevertheless, in its discretion, require further proof in cases where it deems further proof is desirable.
