Trustee Not Liable for Failure of the Authority or Company to Act. The Trustee shall not be liable or responsible because of the failure of the Authority or the Company or any of their employees or agents to make any collections or deposits or to perform any act herein required of the Authority or the Company. The Trustee shall not be responsible for the application of any of the proceeds of the Bonds or any other monies deposited with it and paid out, withdrawn or transferred hereunder if such application, payment, withdrawal or transfer shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture. The immunities and exemptions from liability of the Trustee hereunder shall extend to its directors, officers, employees and agents.
