Common use of Trustee Owner of Trust Shares Clause in Contracts

Trustee Owner of Trust Shares. Except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement, the Trustee on behalf of the Trust shall be considered the sole owner or holder of the Trust Shares for all purposes, including, but not limited to, the payment of dividends on the Trust Shares and the giving of any vote, assent or consent as owner of the Trust Shares. The Trust Beneficiaries shall not have legal title to any part of the assets of the Trust. Legal title to the Trust Shares and all other assets of the Trust shall be vested in the Trust.
