Trustee, Paying Agent or Debenture Registrar May Own Debentures. The Trustee or any paying agent or Debenture Registrar, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debentures and, subject to Sections 7.08 and 7.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, paying agent or Debenture Registrar.
