Trustee Protective Provisions. Without duplication of any amounts the Trustee is entitled to recover under any indemnification provisions in the Finance Documents, the rights, privileges, protections, indemnities, immunities and benefits provided to the Trustee in this Indenture are in addition to, and are not intended to be in conflict with or limited by, any such provisions in the Finance Documents.
