Common use of Trustee Term; Resignation Clause in Contracts

Trustee Term; Resignation. (a) Wilmington Trust, N.A. has been appointed and hereby agrees to continue to serve as the trustee of the Trust. The Trust shall have only one trustee unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Trustee shall serve until such time as the Sponsor removes the Trustee or the Trustee resigns and a successor trustee is appointed by the Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Section 2.5 hereof.

The Trustee shall serve until such time as the Sponsor removes the Trustee or the Trustee resigns and a successor trustee Trustee is appointed by the Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Section 2.5 hereof.
