Common use of Trustee to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Trustee to Cooperate. (a) Upon payment in full of any Contract, the Servicer will notify the Trustee on the next Distribution Date by a certificate of a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such payment which are required to be deposited in the Certificate Account pursuant to Section 4.05 have been deposited). The Servicer is authorized to execute an instrument in satisfaction of such Contract and to do such other acts and execute such other documents as the Servicer deems necessary to discharge the Obligor thereunder and eliminate the security interest in the Manufactured Home. The Servicer shall determine when a Contract has been paid in full. To the extent insufficient payments are received on a Contract mistakenly determined by the Servicer to be prepaid or paid in full and satisfied, the shortfall shall be paid by the Servicer out of its own funds by deposit into the Certificate Account.
