Trustee to File Proofs of Claim in Receivership, Etc. In the case of any receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other judicial proceedings affecting the Trust Estate, the Trustee shall, to the extent permitted by law, be entitled to file such proofs of claim and other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have claims of the Trustee and of the Secured Parties Owners allowed in such proceedings for the entire amount due on the Secured Obligations under this Master Indenture, at the date of the institution of such proceedings and for any additional amounts which may become due by it after such date, without prejudice, however, to the right of any Secured Party, subject to the terms hereof, to file a claim in its own behalf.
