Trustee to Furnish Monthly Servicing Report. The Trustee shall distribute to each Noteholder (and to each Person requesting a copy thereof that is the beneficial owner of a Note, as evidenced to the satisfaction of the Trustee, at such address as such beneficial owner shall specify in writing to the Trustee) and to each Rating Agency a copy of each Monthly Servicing Report within two (2) Business Days after receipt thereof.
