Trustee to Sign Supplemental Indentures. The Trustee shall sign any supplemental Indenture authorized pursuant to this Article 10 if the amendment or supplement does not adversely affect the rights, duties, liabilities or immunities of the Trustee. Neither the Company nor a Guarantor may sign a supplemental Indenture until the Board of Directors of such Person approves it.
