Common use of Trustee to Transmit Annual Report to Debentureholders Clause in Contracts

Trustee to Transmit Annual Report to Debentureholders. (a) The Trustee shall transmit to Debentureholders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee shall, within 60 days after each January 15 following the date of this Indenture, commencing January 15, 2000, deliver to Debentureholders a brief report, dated as of such January 15, which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a). (b) The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act. (c) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Debentureholders, be filed by the Trustee with the Company, with each stock exchange upon which any Debentures are listed (if so listed) and also with the Commission. The Company agrees to notify the Trustee when any Debentures become listed on any stock exchange and of any delisting thereof.
