Trustee to Transmit Annual Report to Debentureholders. (a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Debentures are outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Debentureholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Debenture Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, with respect to any of the following events which may have occurred within the previous twelve months (but if no such event has occurred within such period no report need be transmitted):
