Trustee, Trust Administrator and Others May Own Certificates. Each of the Trustee, the Trust Administrator, the Paying Agent, the Certificate Registrar and the Authenticating Agent in its individual capacity or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, the Trust Administrator, the Paying Agent, the Certificate Registrar or the Authenticating Agent, as applicable.
