Common use of Trustee’s Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Trustee’s Acceptance. The Trustee hereby accepts this First Senior Secured Notes Supplemental Indenture and agrees to perform the same under the terms and conditions set forth in the Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
