Common use of Trustee's Certificate Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Certificate. On or as soon as practicable after each Distribution Date on which Receivables shall be (i) assigned to UAC pursuant to Section 7.02 or deemed to be assigned to the Depositor as a result of the application of Available Funds in respect of Defaulted Receivables pursuant to Section 9.02 or (ii) assigned to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02, the Trustee shall, at the written request of the Servicer, execute a Trustee's Certificate, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to UAC, Exhibit 1, or, in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, Exhibit 2, based on the information contained in the Servicer's Certificate for the related Collection Period, amounts deposited to the Certificate Account, and notices received pursuant to this Agreement, identifying the Receivables repurchased or deemed to be repurchased by UAC pursuant to Section 7.02 or 9.02 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02 during such Collection Period, and shall deliver such Trustee's Certificate, accompanied by a copy of the Servicer's Certificate for such Collection Period to UAC or the Servicer, as the case may be. The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.03.

Trustee's Certificate. On or as soon as practicable after each Distribution Date on which Receivables shall be (i) assigned to UAC pursuant to Section 7.02 or deemed to be assigned to the Depositor as a result of the application of Available Funds in respect of Defaulted Receivables pursuant to Section 9.02 Sections 9.04 and 9.05 or (ii) assigned to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or to the Class IC Certificateholder pursuant to Section 16.02, the Trustee shall, at the written request of the Servicer, execute a Trustee's Certificate, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to UAC, Exhibit 1, or, in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, Exhibit 2, based on the information contained in the Servicer's Certificate for the related Collection Period, amounts deposited to the Certificate Account, and notices received pursuant to this Agreement, identifying the Receivables repurchased or deemed to be repurchased by UAC pursuant to Section 7.02 or 9.02 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02 during such Collection Period, and shall deliver such Trustee's Certificate, accompanied by a copy of the Servicer's Certificate for such Collection Period to UAC or the Servicer, as the case may be. The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.03.

Trustee's Certificate. On or as soon as practicable after each Distribution Date on which Receivables shall be (i) assigned to UAC the Seller pursuant to Section 7.02 or deemed to be assigned to the Depositor as a result of the application of Available Funds in respect of Defaulted Receivables pursuant to Section 9.02 3.2 or (ii) assigned to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 4.2, 4.7 or 16.0211.2, the Trustee shall, at the written request of the Servicer, shall execute a Trustee's Certificate, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to UACthe Seller, Exhibit 1C, or, in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, Exhibit 2D, based on the information contained in the Servicer's Certificate for the related Collection Period, amounts deposited to the Certificate Account, and notices received pursuant to this Agreement, identifying the Receivables repurchased or deemed to be repurchased by UAC the Seller pursuant to Section 7.02 or 9.02 3.2 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 4.2, 4.7 or 16.02 during 11.2 with respect to such Collection Period, and shall deliver such Trustee's Certificate, accompanied by a copy of the Servicer's Certificate for such Collection Period to UAC the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, with a copy to the Certificate Insurer. The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.0310.3.

Trustee's Certificate. On or as soon as practicable after each Distribution Date on which Receivables shall be (i) assigned to UAC BVAC pursuant to Section 7.02 or deemed to be assigned to the Depositor as a result of the application of Available Funds in respect of Defaulted Receivables pursuant to Section 9.02 or (ii) assigned to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02, the Trustee shall, at the written request of the Servicer, execute a Trustee's Certificate, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to UACBVAC, Exhibit 1, or, in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, Exhibit 2, based on the information contained in the Servicer's Certificate for the related Collection Period, amounts deposited to the Certificate Account, and notices received pursuant to this Agreement, identifying the Receivables repurchased or deemed to be repurchased by UAC BVAC pursuant to Section 7.02 or 9.02 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02 during such Collection Period, and shall deliver such Trustee's Certificate, accompanied by a copy of the Servicer's Certificate for such Collection Period to UAC BVAC or the Servicer, as the case may be. The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.03.

On or as soon as practicable after each Distribution Date on which Receivables shall be (i) assigned to UAC CTL pursuant to Section 7.02 or deemed to be assigned to the Depositor as a result of the application of Available Funds in respect of Defaulted Receivables pursuant to Section 9.02 or (ii) assigned to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02, the Trustee shall, at the written request of the Servicer, execute a Trustee's Certificate, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to UACCTL, Exhibit 1, or, in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, Exhibit 2, based on the information contained in the Servicer's Certificate for the related Collection Period, amounts deposited to the Certificate Account, and notices received pursuant to this Agreement, identifying the Receivables repurchased or deemed to be repurchased by UAC CTL pursuant to Section 7.02 or 9.02 or purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.07 or 16.02 during such Collection Period, and shall deliver such Trustee's Certificate, accompanied by a copy of the Servicer's Certificate for such Collection Period to UAC CTL or the Servicer, as the case may be. The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.03.

The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.03.. 50

The Trustee's Certificate shall be an assignment pursuant to Section 15.03.
