Common use of Trustee's Completion of Distribution Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Completion of Distribution. All the rights, powers, privileges, discretion, exemptions, and immunities granted to, as well as the duties and obligations imposed upon the Trustee by this Agreement shall continue after the termination of the Trusts hereunder and until the complete distribution of the Trust Estate property.
