Trustee’s Costs and Expenses; Governmental Charges. Borrower shall pay all reasonable costs, fees and expenses of Trustee, its agents and counsel in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder, including without limitation the cost of any trustee’s sale guaranty or other title insurance coverage ordered in connection with any foreclosure proceedings hereunder, and shall pay all taxes (except federal and state income taxes) or other governmental charges or impositions imposed by any governmental authority on Trustee by reason of its interest in the Loan Documents.
