Common use of Trustee's Fee Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Fee. The Trustee shall be entitled to such compensation as may be agreed upon, from time to time by written agreement (the “Fee Agreement”). Such compensation, as well as all other disbursements made and expenses incurred by the Trustee on behalf of the Trust in the performance of its duties and obligations hereunder shall be paid by the Trust out of its Trust Property, unless such compensation, disbursements or expenses have been first paid by the Manager pursuant to the Fee Agreement. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon by the Manager, if one is appointed, the Trustee shall receive no other compensation for its services as trustee hereunder.
