Common use of Trustee's Fee Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Fee. Pursuant to clause 18.2 of the Master Trust Deed, the Trustee is entitled to receive in respect of each monthly Accrual Period on the following Monthly Distribution Date in accordance with the terms of this Deed the fee agreed by the Trustee and CBA prior to the date of this Deed or as may otherwise be agreed by the Manager and the Trustee, provided that each Rating Agency will be given 3 Business Days' prior notice by the Manager of any variation of the Trustee's Fee and the Trustee's Fee will not be varied if such variation would result in a reduction, qualification or withdrawal of any then current credit rating of any Security.
