Common use of Trustee's Fees Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Fees. Grantor shall pay all reasonable costs, fees and expenses incurred by Trustee and Trustee's agents and counsel in connection with the performance by Trustee of Trustee's duties hereunder and all such costs, fees and expenses shall be secured by this Deed of Trust. TRUSTEE SHALL BE INDEMNIFIED, HELD HARMLESS AND REIMBURSED BY GRANTOR FOR ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND AMOUNTS PAID IN SETTLEMENT, WHICH TRUSTEE MAY INCUR OR SUSTAIN IN CONNECTION WITH THIS DEED OF TRUST OR IN THE DOING OF ANY ACT WHICH TRUSTEE IS REQUIRED OR PERMITTED TO DO BY THE TERMS HEREOF OR BY LAW (EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT ARISING FROM THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF TRUSTEE), AND SHALL BE REIMBURSED THEREFOR UPON DEMAND.
