TRUSTEES' LIEN. The Trustees' lien over the Trust Fund in respect of liabilities incurred by them in the performance of their duties (including the repayment of borrowed money and tax liabilities) shall be enforceable subject to the following restrictions: (a) the Trustees shall not be entitled to resort to Partnership Share Money for the satisfaction of any of their liabilities; and (b) the Trustees shall not be entitled to resort to Plan Shares for the satisfaction of their liabilities except to the extent that this is permitted by the Plan.
