Common use of Trustee's Liens Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Liens. The Indenture Trustee in its individual capacity agrees that it will at its own cost and expense promptly take such action as may be necessary to duly discharge and satisfy in full all Liens ("Trustee's Liens") on the Indenture Estate which are either (i) attributable to the Indenture Trustee in its individual capacity and which are unrelated to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements, or (ii) which are attributable to the Indenture Trustee as trustee hereunder or in its individual capacity and which arise out of acts or omissions which are not expressly contemplated by this Agreement.
