Trustee’s management time. Any amount payable to the Trustee under Clause 20.3 (Indemnity to the Trustee), Clause 21 (Expenses) and Clause 16.10 (Bridge Noteholders’ indemnity to the Trustee) shall include the cost of utilising the management time or other resources of the Trustee and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Trustee may notify to the Issuer and the Bridge Noteholders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Trustee under Clause 19 (Fees).
