Trustees May Own Notes. Each Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes. The Trustees may deal with the Seller, the Indenture Trustee, the Administrator and their respective Affiliates in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not a Trustee, and the Seller, the Indenture Trustee, the Administrator and their respective Affiliates may maintain normal commercial banking relationships with the Trustees and their Affiliates.
