Trustee’s Obligations to Purchaser. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Property Trustee shall furnish to (a) the Purchaser, (b) the Placement Agent and (c) a designee of (a) or (b) above, copies of all (i) correspondence, notices, forms, filings, reports and other documents required to be provided to the Property Trustee or Delaware Trustee by the Depositor, whether acting through an Administrative Trustee or otherwise, under this Trust Agreement, and (ii) correspondence, notices, forms, filings, reports and other documents required to be provided to the Depositor or a Holder by the Property Trustee or Delaware Trustee under this Trust Agreement.
