Common use of Trustee’s Obligations with Respect to the Covenants Clause in Contracts

Trustee’s Obligations with Respect to the Covenants. The Trustee shall not be obligated to monitor or confirm, on a continuing basis or otherwise, the Issuer’s compliance with the covenants contained in Article 4 or with respect to any reports or other documents filed under the Indenture; provided, however, that nothing herein shall relieve the Trustee of any obligations to monitor the Issuer’s timely delivery of all reports and certificates required under Sections 3.04 and 3.05 of the Indenture and to fulfill its obligations under Article 5 hereof.
