Common use of Trustee’s Powers Clause in Contracts

Trustee’s Powers. At any time, or from time to time without liability therefor and without notice, upon written request of the Beneficiary and presentation of this Deed of Trust for endorsement, and without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured hereby or the effect of this Deed of Trust upon the remainder of the Trust Property, the Trustee may (i) reconvey any part of the Trust Property, (ii) consent in writing to the making of any map or plat thereof, (iii) join in granting any easement thereon, or (iv) join in any extension agreement or any agreement subordinating the lien or charge hereof.

Trustee’s Powers. At any time, or from time to time time, without ---------------- liability therefor and without notice, upon written request of the Beneficiary and presentation of this Deed of Trust for endorsementthe Note secured hereby, and without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured hereby or the effect of this Deed of Trust upon the remainder of the Trust said Mortgaged Property, the Trustee may (i) reconvey any part of the Trust said Mortgaged Property, (ii) consent in writing to the making of any map or plat thereof, (iii) join in granting any easement thereon, or (iv) join in any extension agreement or any agreement subordinating the lien or charge hereof.
