Trustees Protected. If, in the opinion of the institution acting as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement or the institution acting as Indenture Trustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of this Article IX affects adversely any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Indenture, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
