Trustee’s Right to Examine Countrywide Servicing Records. The Trustee shall have the right to examine and audit upon reasonable notice to Countrywide Servicing, during business hours or at such other times as might be reasonable under applicable circumstances, any and all of the books, records, documentation or other information of Countrywide Servicing, or held by another for Countrywide Servicing or on its behalf or otherwise, which relates to the performance or observance by Countrywide Servicing of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement. Countrywide Servicing shall provide to the Trustee and any supervisory agents or examiners representing a state or federal governmental agency having jurisdiction over any Certificateholder, including but not limited to the Office of Thrift Supervision, FDIC and other similar entities, access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans in the possession of Countrywide Servicing which may be required by any applicable regulations. Such access shall be afforded without charge, upon reasonable request, during normal business hours and at the offices of Countrywide Servicing, and in accordance with the federal government, FDIC, Office of Thrift Supervision, or any other similar regulations.
