Common use of Trustee’s Rights in Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Trustee’s Rights in Purchase Agreement. The Trustee holds in trust hereunder all of its rights and duties in the Purchase Agreement, including but not limited to all of the rights to receive and collect all of the Payments and all other amounts required to be deposited in the Payment Fund pursuant to the Purchase Agreement or pursuant hereto. All of the Payments and such other amounts to which the Seller may at any time be entitled shall be paid directly to the Trustee in trust, and all of the Payments collected or received by the Trustee shall be held by the Trustee in trust hereunder in the Payment Fund for the benefit of the Owners.
