Common use of Trustees to Sign Amendment Clause in Contracts

Trustees to Sign Amendment. When a vote of the Unitholders approves an amendment to this Contract of Trust which, pursuant to the provisions of this Contract of Trust, binds the Trustees to make such amendment, the Trustees shall sign such documents as may be necessary to effect such amendment.
