Common use of Trustor Performance of Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Trustor Performance of Credit Documents. Trustor shall perform, observe and comply with each and every provision hereof, and with each and every provision applicable to Trustor contained in the Credit Agreement, and shall promptly pay to Beneficiary, when payment shall become due under any Credit Document, the principal with interest thereon and all other sums required to be paid by Trustor under the Credit Agreement or hereunder at the time and in the manner provided in the Credit Documents.
