Trusts Irrevocable. The trusts herein created are irrevocable.
Trusts Irrevocable. This Agreement and the trusts hereunder shall be irrevocable. No one shall have the right or power in any capacity, whether alone or in conjunction with others, to alter, amend, revoke or terminate any trust or any terms of this Agreement, in whole or in part. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Grantor shall have the power, by written instrument, which has been signed and acknowledged, to create a separate trust for the benefit of an employee for whom a trust has not previously been established hereunder. Upon written acceptance of the then acting Trustees, a trust for such employee shall be held pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
