TRUTH IN NEGOTIATIONS. The CONSULTANT shall execute a Truth-in-Negotiation Certificate in the form attached hereto and made a part hereof, by reference, as Exhibit I. It is agreed by the CONSULTANT that any Project or Services Authorization price, and any additions thereto, shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums [plus interest at twelve percent (12%) per annum simple interest on the sums, from the date of payment by the CITY] by which the CITY determines that the price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or non-current wage rates and other factual unit costs.
