Truth in Negotiations. Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the agreed pricing and any additions will be adjusted to exclude any significant sums by which the COUNTY determines the agreement price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or non-current wage rates and other factual unit costs. All such agreement adjustments will be made within one year following the end of the agreement.
