Common use of TRUTH IN NEGOTIATIONS Clause in Contracts

TRUTH IN NEGOTIATIONS. Contractor’s compensation under this Agreement is based upon representations supplied to County by Contractor, and Contractor certifies that the wage rates, factual unit costs, and other factual information supplied to substantiate Contractor’s compensation is accurate, complete and current at the time of contracting. County shall be entitled to recover any damages it incurs to the extent such representation is untrue.
