TRUTHFUL APPLICATION. A. If Owner learns that Tenant is not truthful on the rental application, Owner may end this lease immediately.
TRUTHFUL APPLICATION. Any information supplied to Landlord by Tenant or Tenant’s Co-Signer by means of a rental application or similar instrument is true and correct and was given by Tenant and Co-Signer voluntarily and knowingly. If Landlord learns that Tenant is not truthful on the rental application, Landlord may terminate this Lease immediately.
TRUTHFUL APPLICATION. If Xxxxxxxx learns that Xxxxxx is not truthful on the rental application, Landlord may terminate this lease immediately and give notice to the Tenant to vacate within 30 days.

  • Provisional Application Upon signature of this Compact, and until this Compact has entered into force in accordance with Section 7.3, the Parties will provisionally apply the terms of this Compact; provided that, no MCC Funding, other than Compact Implementation Funding, will be made available or disbursed before this Compact enters into force.

  • Third-Party Applications Oracle or third party providers may offer Third Party Applications. Except as expressly set forth in the Estimate/Order Form, Oracle does not warrant any such Third Party Applications, regardless of whether or not such Third Party Applications are provided by a third party that is a member of an Oracle partner program or otherwise designated by Oracle as “Built For NetSuite,” "certified," "approved" or “recommended.” Any procurement by Customer of such Third Party Applications or services is solely between Customer and the applicable third party provider. Customer may not use Third Party Applications to enter and/or submit transactions to be processed and/or stored in the NetSuite CPQ, unless Customer has procured the applicable subscription to the NetSuite CPQ for such use and access. Oracle is not responsible for any aspect of such Third Party Applications that Customer may procure or connect to through the NetSuite CPQ, or any interoperation, descriptions, promises, or other information related to the foregoing. If Customer installs or enables Third Party Applications for use with the NetSuite CPQ, Customer agrees that Oracle may enable such third party providers to access Customer Data for the interoperation of such Third Party Applications with the NetSuite CPQ, and any exchange of data or other interaction between Customer and a third party provider is solely between Customer and such third party provider pursuant to a separate privacy policy or other terms governing Customer’s access to or use of the Third Party Applications. Oracle shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Customer Data resulting from any such access by Third Party Applications or third party providers. No procurement of such Third Party Applications is required to use the NetSuite CPQ. If Customer was referred to Oracle by a member of one of Oracle’s partner programs, Customer hereby authorizes Oracle to provide such member or its successor entity with access to Customer’s business information related to the procurement and use of the NetSuite CPQ pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to User names and email addresses, support cases and billing/payment information.

  • Application Submission Submissions of a rental application does not guarantee approval or acceptance. It does not bind us to accept the application or to sign a Lease contact. Any misstatements or omissions made on your application, whether or not discovered before you move into the building, is grounds for denial of an application or termination of an existing lease. Information must be legible and verifiable. If information given on the application cannot be verified, this is a reason for rejection. Omission of information, such as an address or employer, may be grounds for rejection. Occupancy. The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property’s Resident Selection Plan, where applicable. Each unit is limited to no more than two (2) unrelated or four (4) related adult persons per unit. Xxxxx Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. Housing History. We require the name and last known telephone number of each landlord/property manager for each address you have had for the last three years. Roommate references are not acceptable. The refusal of a prior landlord to give a reference, or a negative reference, may be grounds for rejection. In the case of first-time renters, or applicants without prior rental history, this requirement may be varied subject to additional requirements of management. Eviction Filings. Unlawful detainers or evictions within the past five (5) years is a basis for denial of an application.

  • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • General Application The rules set forth below in this Article 5 shall apply for the purposes of determining each Member’s allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss and expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss for each Allocation Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Allocation Year, the special allocations in Section 5.4 shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 5.3.

  • Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Consistent Application The Employer agrees that management rights will not be exercised in a manner inconsistent with the express provisions of this Agreement.
