TRW's Obligations Sample Clauses

TRW's Obligations. At the Closing, TRW will deliver to Purchaser the following: (a) the documents, certificates, and other items referred to in Section 5.1(b) hereof; (b) Ownership to the Acquired Assets as herein contemplated; and (c) executed and notarized deeds, bills of sale, and such other instruments reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Purchaser pursuant to which TRW conveys the Acquired Assets to Purchaser.
