Tuition Adjustments. In the event that the final tuition rate paid by Hooksett to Pinkerton during the preceding school year is greater than the estimated tuition rate paid to Manchester that year, Hooksett shall pay Manchester an amount equal to the tuition dif erence for Hooksett students who were enrolled in Manchester the prior year on the following November l in addition to the payment of the estimated tuition due on that date. ▇▇▇▇ final rate is not available by the November 1 billing, then the adjustment will be paid on April 1. In the event that the term of this contract is not extended, any amounts due from Hooksett by reason of the fact that the estimated tuition was underestimated, shall be paid to Manchester on or before December 30th following the termination of the contract.
Tuition Adjustments. Tuition, fees, third party and endowed or other grants and scholarships paid, payable and past due, third party financial aid received and receivable and other amounts due, paid or payable for revenue and the Assumed Liabilities shall be adjusted in an equitable manner by the Parties for the period of ownership of the Acquired Business prior to and subsequent to Closing. The tuition and other adjustments herein shall be based on the actual cash amount of net tuition due, paid or payable, after consideration of any discounts provided by Seller. In the event that the tuition paid by the District during the preceding school year exceeds the actual tuition due the Academy, the Academy shall credit such sum on the payment of the estimated tuition due on the following October 15th.
