TUR Vesting Percentage for the Year 1 Annual Tranche. The TUR Vesting Percentage for the Year 1 Annual Tranche shall be based on the Partnership’s total unitholder return (“TUR”) relative to the TURs of the peer group of companies set forth on Appendix B (the “Target Group”) during the period beginning on July 31, 2018 and ending on December 31, 2020 (“Year 1 TUR Period”).
