TURNING A SELECTION ON OR OFF IN STRUCALC. The toggle feature of the Database Editor allows selections to have an on/off feature. This means that an on selection will appear in the drop-down lists of when StruCalc is being used. An off selection will be left out of the available options. This can seriously reduce the size of the drop-down lists that must be searched through for design types when sizing beams. The button is signified by a streetlight. A green light in the toolbar and a green light next to the selection in the list is an on selection. A red light in the toolbar and a red light next to the selection in the list is an off selection. When the current selection is made the toolbar and list lights are automatically configured to the current setting. Using the toggle button will then change the current selection’s on/off status and the graphics associated with it.

Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 prohibits a construction contract, or an agreement collateral to or affecting the construction contract, from containing a provision making the contract or agreement, or any conflict arising under the contract or agreement, subject to another state’s law, litigation in the courts of another state, or arbitration in another state. If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.

Failure to follow the Student Residence Agreement and measures related to said communicable diseases (including but not limited to Covid-19), or failure to follow directions from staff regarding communicable disease related rules or measures may result in standards action up to and including eviction from residence.
